Rapper Ricky Hil, who is the son of famous fashion designer Thomas Jacob “Tommy” Hilfiger, has been arrested in Florida for allegedly punching a bouncer outside of the LIV nightclub in Miami, according to police.

The heavily tattooed musician reportedly became upset after security told his friend that his apparel was not up to par with the club’s dress code.

As a result of the Saturday morning arrest, Richard Hilfiger was transported to Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center from which he was released the same day as his arrest.

He was charged with possession of less than 20 grams of marijuana, disorderly conduct and battery.

Following his brief incarceration, Page Six reports that neither the club nor the rapper himself had returned requests for comment as of Tuesday.

The 2 a.m. incident is not the first run in with the law that Tommy Hilfiger’s son has seen, as he was arrested in West Hollywood back in 2010 by deputies with the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department who allegedly found marijuana in his vehicle. As a result of the 2010 arrest, he was booked on one count of felony possession of marijuana with intent to sell. His bail, which was set at $20,000, was posted the following night.

According to authorities, the renowned fashion mogul’s son socked the security guard on the left side, near his temple, in the scuffle which took place outside the Fontainebleau Hotel, NY Daily News reported.

The Los Angeles-based rapper refused treatment following the incident and cursed fire rescuer workers who responded to the situation, the affidavit indicated.
