The 29-year-old’s baby weighed 7 lbs 3oz when he was born. Heather and Taylor also have a two-year-old named Elijah. Heather has been taking to Instagram to share news about the pregnancy and shared this message after the birth of her second son, stating how thankful she is to have skipped the cesarean this time around:

I can’t tell you how amazing an experience to go from a cesarean and having a VBAC [vaginal birth after cesarean]… but I did it with the loving help of my husband, Dr and family … and of course this little guy.

ABC News reported that Heather also announced her pregnancy via Instagram earlier last year, and has kept her fans updated throughout the pregnancy by posting messages about her workouts. “Big tummy!! Took a break from walking today…actually just didn’t have time…but tomorrow?? bring it on!!” Heather recently said on the social media platform. The star became prominent after appearing in the hit show Glee where she plays a ditzy yet lovable cheerleader Brittany.

Heather also posted photos of herself at the gym during her pregnancy, with the caption:  ‘Day 11…starting to really lose sight of my feet…baby come quick please! #pregnancyworkouts #thegrowinghubbells #babynumbertwo.’

Heather’s son Elijah who is ‘really cute around babies’ is excited to have a little brother. According to Daily Mail, the star told People that Elijah is ‘excited to have somebody to play with’, back in November.

He’s really cute around babies and baby dolls so I think he’s really gonna adore it. He’s really excited to have somebody to play with because he’s at that age where he’s active and wants to do stuff.
